1. Sign in and choose the date.
2. Add and review deliveries.

First steps for a new companyCopy Anchor Link

After first-use setup, a short guide helps the administrator add vehicles, choose the delivery number format, then import or enter the first deliveries. Each step can be skipped. To try Tournevia before using your own data, Try with example deliveries adds fictional deliveries and vehicles marked Example: their plans are for trying Tournevia, not for driving. See Getting started.

Quick start on an existing workspaceCopy Anchor Link

1. Sign in with the account your administrator gave you, then set the date at the top.
2. In Planning, choose Select deliveries…, then Select all reviewed deliveries for this day.
3. Choose Select vehicles…, then Select all active vehicles, or check the vehicles you need.
4. Return to Planning, choose Start new calculation and wait for the result.
5. Review the routes and any unassigned deliveries, then Mark ready.
6. Once the plan is Ready, choose Print the route sheets for the drivers, or Export CSV.
